You're at the right place now to start learning how to add your story.

We've created a separate page of instructions for you, so just click on the Instructions option here or in the navigation bar at the left of the screen.

You may then choose the section most appropriate for your story, like Family Stories or Local History stories or Other stories that don't quite fit the other two categories. Select that link from the left hand navigation and then select one of the sample pages provided there for you. If you want to start a whole new page you can do that too if you wish by clicking the Add a new page option in the left hand navigation. Note: be sure to use the Text with photo template option for a new page.

Once you have a page to write into you'll notice some text already there, just highlight this with your cursor and delete using the delete key on your keyboard. Then you can start typing in your 200 words story.

Lavington Library staff will be able to help you start writing your story so if you are in the Library, ask for some help. If you are at home on your own computer and
you need help with anything, try clicking the Help icon in the top right hand corner of the site.
